Yes, my mother oversees and supervises each setup to ensure that every detail is executed. She plays a role in assisting with setups and providing supervision to ensure that every event runs smoothly.
For bookings that occur during school hours, it is mandatory to schedule at least 5 days in advance so that we can make preparations in time. If your event is before 4 pm on a school day, my mother will take over the booking to make sure everything is taken care of.
Customizing the decorations may be limited based on the short timing. For the best results, it is recommended to book at least a week in advance. However, last-minute bookings may be allowed if the inventory on hand. It is always best to check iwth me directly to inquire about last-minute orders and availability.

I calculate my travel fee based on the current gas price, which may vary.
When setting up decorations for an outdoor event, it is important to consider the following requirements. First, all venues must have some form of electricity to plug in the balloon blower. Additionally, outdoor events need to have a flat hard surface that is free of dirt or gravel. I will do our best to secure setups for wind, but it is important to remember that I cannot predict how strong the wind will be. In the case of rain, please call ahead to discuss other options for the event.
Avoid icing, ink pens, markers, or dark denim as they can cause permanent stains on the real leather chairs. It is impossible to remove these stains, and any damage to the chairs will result in a charge for the cost of a replacement. We kindly ask that you take care when using our chairs to ensure they remain in excellent condition for all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
The time needed for setting up and breaking down event decorations with 2days Decorations depends on the package booked. Generally, I request a 2-hour window for setups and 30 minutes for breaking down. My mother will coordinate with the venue and event organizers to streamline the setup and breakdown processes.
For deposits, I accept online payments. The full balance is due on the day of the event and will be processed via autopay with the card on file. If autopay is not an option for you, I also accept payments through Cash App and card payments via Square.
